Above 100 Registered Participants	$250	+ $.50 per registered runner over 100

A mileage fee equal to the current IRS rate will be added. No additional fee for posting results to website and distribution on Shoals Runner, if results are provided by TRAC, or if data file is provided.

Note: Due to the cost and sensitive nature of the equipment, TRAC does not rent equipment. Exceptions to this policy will only be considered for established running clubs or organizations with experienced race equipment operators.

Fees include measurement and completion of all related paperwork.	$150	$300	$450

The fees listed may be increased for especially difficult to measure courses such as those with high traffic volume or other obstacles.

The above fees do not include the USATF application fee which varies from state to state. The current fee in Alabama is $20 per course.

A mileage fee equal to the current IRS rate to cover volunteer car expenses will apply for all course measurements, regardless of location.
